Sausage Pasta Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium onion, chopped finely.
02 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped.
03 - 1 pound of penne.
04 - 4 cups of broth, chicken-flavored.
05 - 1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz).
06 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella.
07 - ½ cup Parmesan, grated.
08 - 1 teaspoon blended Italian herbs.
09 - Salt and black pepper to your liking.
10 - 1 pound of Italian sausage links.
11 - 1 cup of cherry tomatoes (can skip).
12 - 2 cups fresh spinach leaves (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Get sausage sliced, dice the onion and garlic, and have broth, pasta, and tomatoes ready to go.
02 - On medium-high heat in a big skillet, cook the sausage until it’s nicely browned.
03 - Toss in garlic and onions, letting them soften and get fragrant.
04 - Pour in the pasta, chicken broth, and canned tomatoes.
05 - Get it boiling, then lower the flame and let it simmer until pasta’s tender and most liquid’s gone.
06 - Mix cheeses until melted, adjust salt and pepper before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Keep stirring now and then so the pasta doesn’t stick.
02 - Too thick? A splash of milk should thin it out.
