Cheddar Bay Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1 lb ground sausage.
03 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded.
04 - 1 package of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (11.36 oz).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and place parchment paper over a baking tray.
02 - Throw together the biscuit mix, its seasoning, sausage, softened cream cheese, and cheddar. Stir them gently with a mixer on low till just combined.
03 - Shape the mixture into balls about an inch big. Pop them onto the lined baking tray.
04 - Bake them for 20-25 minutes till they turn golden. Let cool for a bit.

# Notes:

01 - Toss cheese cubes inside for a super cheesy surprise.
02 - Final count depends on how big your bites are.
