# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
02 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 1/4 cup sugar
04 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 beaten egg
07 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
08 - 2 cups milk

→ Decorations

09 - 12 fresh strawberries
10 - Whipped cream
11 - 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles, plus extras for garnishing

# Instructions:

01 - Take a big bowl and toss in the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir thoroughly so everything’s well blended.
02 - Stir in milk, oil, the egg you already whisked, and some vanilla. Keep stirring until you get a nice, smooth batter. Fold in the holiday sprinkles gently.
03 - Warm up a griddle with a little oil on medium heat. Scoop out batter to make 4-inch rounds. Let bubbles pop on the surface before flipping. Cook until they’re a warm golden color.
04 - Swirl whipped cream on each pancake, add a strawberry on top, then put more whipped cream on the berry to create a Santa hat look.
