Salmon Garlic Twist (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pieces of salmon, each about 6 oz.
02 - 3 garlic cloves, minced finely.
03 - 1/4 cup of freshly shredded Parmesan cheese.
04 - 1 lemon, sliced into wedges for serving.
05 - 2 tablespoons of parsley, chopped up.
06 - 1/4 cup of panko crumbs.
07 - 4 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of fine sea salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 425°F. Take a bowl and stir butter (melted) with minced garlic. Pour half the mix into a baking dish that can fit the salmon pieces snugly.
02 - Mix together panko crumbs and Parmesan with the rest of the garlic butter until it's all blended evenly.
03 - Dry the salmon using paper towels and sprinkle it with salt. Place it in the dish with the butter, making sure skin-side is down if your fillets have the skin.
04 - Spread the panko mix over the salmon fillets, pressing gently so it sticks. Gather any crumbs that fall off and pat them back onto the pieces.
05 - Bake for 12 to 16 minutes. When the salmon hits around 135°F (medium) and the topping is golden and crisp, you're good to go.
06 - Move the salmon onto plates, pour any garlic butter left in the dish over the top, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve lemon wedges alongside.

# Notes:

01 - This Salmon with Garlic Crust is quick to make and packs tons of flavor. Imagine your favorite garlic bread flavor paired with oven-baked salmon!
02 - To cook evenly, make sure all your salmon fillets are about the same size. If you're using frozen ones, be sure they're completely thawed before starting.
