                Spray the basket of the air fryer with nonstick spray so the fish doesn’t stick.

                Lay the salmon skin-side down on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and lemon zest or lemon pepper.

                Set the salmon fillets into the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not touching each other. You can place them skin-side up or down. Add lemon slices under the salmon if you want extra flavor.

                Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 350°F for roughly 8 minutes. Check that the center reaches 135-140°F. If you prefer it more done, let it cook a little longer.

                Take the salmon out, put it on plates, and serve with wedges of lemon to squeeze over the top.
