Salmon Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
02 - 4 skin-on salmon fillets, about 4-5 oz each.
03 - 1/2 tsp kosher salt.
04 - 1 tsp lemon zest (or use 1 tsp lemon pepper instead).
05 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
06 - Cooking spray to coat your air fryer basket.
07 - Lemon wedges for squeezing on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Spray the basket of the air fryer with nonstick spray so the fish doesn’t stick.
02 - Lay the salmon skin-side down on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and lemon zest or lemon pepper.
03 - Set the salmon fillets into the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not touching each other. You can place them skin-side up or down. Add lemon slices under the salmon if you want extra flavor.
04 - Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 350°F for roughly 8 minutes. Check that the center reaches 135-140°F. If you prefer it more done, let it cook a little longer.
05 - Take the salmon out, put it on plates, and serve with wedges of lemon to squeeze over the top.

# Notes:

01 - Preheating the air fryer is optional—check your manual to see if it’s needed.
02 - Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
