RC Cola Pound Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pound Cake

01 - 5 eggs, large, at room temperature
02 - 1 cup RC Cola
03 - 2½ cups white sugar
04 - ¼ tsp fine salt
05 - 1¼ cups softened unsalted butter
06 - 3¼ cups regular flour

→ Glaze

07 - 3-4 Tbsp milk of choice
08 - 2 cups powdered sugar
09 - ½ cup roasted, salted peanuts (chopped)
10 - 2 tsp vanilla essence

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F to heat up. Grease a 12-14 cup Bundt pan lightly so things don't stick.
02 - Mix the butter and sugar until it's nice and fluffy. Toss in the eggs one by one. Gradually add in salt and flour, and finish off with RC Cola to get a smooth mix.
03 - Transfer the batter into the Bundt pan. Bake at 325°F for about 80-90 minutes, or until you poke a toothpick in and it comes out clean.
04 - Keep the cake in the pan for 15 minutes to cool a bit. Then flip it onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.
05 - Blend together the glaze ingredients. Drizzle over your cooled cake and scatter the peanuts on top before it sets.

# Notes:

01 - Room temp ingredients make mixing easier and the texture better.
02 - Add more or less milk to the glaze depending on how thick you want it.
