Ranch Chicken Gravy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 chicken breasts, no skin or bones
02 - 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
04 - 2 teaspoons dry ranch mix
05 - 1 teaspoon table salt

→ Gravy

06 - ½ cup sour cream for creaminess
07 - 1 can (10.5 oz) chicken soup (creamy)
08 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
09 - 1 cup milk (whole or low-fat)
10 - 3 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
11 - A small packet (1 oz) of ranch mix

# Instructions:

01 - Chop chicken into small pieces. Combine ranch mix, salt, and pepper in bowl. Sprinkle evenly over chicken pieces.
02 - Warm olive oil in a big skillet on medium-high. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes till browned. Take out and leave aside.
03 - In the same pan, melt butter on medium. Toss in the garlic and let it cook for a minute until you smell it.
04 - Stir in soup, milk, and ranch mix. Whisk until smooth. Let it simmer. Add chicken back in, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
05 - Blend in sour cream until it looks silky. Serve warm over your favorite starch like potatoes or rice.
