No-Bake Biscuit Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - Two packs (180g total, about 36 pieces) of Marie biscuits, or use digestive biscuits or graham crackers instead
02 - 1/2 cup (100g) of melted butter
03 - Half a can (200g/7oz) of sweetened condensed milk
04 - 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder, either natural or Dutch-processed

# Instructions:

01 - Break the biscuits into big chunks. Get a loaf pan ready by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper. If you're using the roll method, make sure your aluminum foil is ready to go.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, stir together the melted butter, cocoa powder, and condensed milk until smooth. Then, gently mix in the biscuit chunks.
03 - You can either press the mixture into the loaf pan you prepped earlier or shape it into a log by rolling it in the foil. Pop it in the freezer for 2-3 hours until it solidifies.
04 - Once the mixture has hardened, cut it into slices and enjoy. Keep any leftovers in the freezer.

# Notes:

01 - No need to bake this recipe
02 - Freeze to store leftovers
03 - You can shape it in two ways: in a loaf pan or as a log
