Cottage Cheese Protein Treat (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Pudding Base

01 - 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese
02 - A half cup of plain Greek yogurt
03 - 2 tablespoons of sweet honey
04 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
05 - 3 bananas, perfectly ripe, and sliced up
06 - Half a cup, or 2 scoops, of plain protein powder

→ Optional Toppings

07 - Sliced bananas
08 - Crispy vanilla wafers
09 - Whipped cream on top
10 - Fresh mint leaves to decorate

# Let's Cook:

01 - Toss the cottage cheese, yogurt, banana slices, honey, protein powder, and vanilla into a blender. Mix until smooth but don't blend it too much.
02 - In jars, alternate layers of vanilla wafers, the banana pudding, banana slices, and whipped cream if you'd like.
03 - You can either serve this right away or chill it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
