Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces, place them in a bowl. Toss biscuit pieces with 1 tablespoon olive oil and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix 16 slices of quartered pepperoni, 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and ¼ teaspoon garlic salt until well combined. Add the biscuit pieces to the mixture and toss well to coat.

Arrange the coated biscuit pieces evenly in the prepared Bundt pan.

Bake on the middle rack at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Turn the bread out of the Bundt pan onto a serving plate and serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
