Pizza Pull-Apart Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 12 oz tube refrigerated flaky biscuits
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Toppings

03 - 16 slices pepperoni, quartered
04 - 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
09 - Pizza sauce, for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces, place them in a bowl. Toss biscuit pieces with 1 tablespoon olive oil and set aside.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix 16 slices of quartered pepperoni, 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and ¼ teaspoon garlic salt until well combined. Add the biscuit pieces to the mixture and toss well to coat.
04 - Arrange the coated biscuit pieces evenly in the prepared Bundt pan.
05 - Bake on the middle rack at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
06 - Turn the bread out of the Bundt pan onto a serving plate and serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
