02 - 1/2 cup softened butter
03 - 2 cups powdered sugar
04 - 3 tablespoons milk
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla

→ Pancake Batter

06 - 1 large egg
07 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour
08 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
09 - 1 cup milk
10 - 2 tablespoons sugar
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
12 - 2 tablespoons oil or melted butter
13 - A few drops of pink food color gel
14 - Sprinkles, optional
15 - 1 teaspoon baking soda

# Instructions:

01 - Using a mixer, blend cream cheese and butter until creamy. Mix in vanilla and powdered sugar. Add milk a little at a time to get the texture you want.
02 - Mix together sugar, salt, flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a big bowl.
03 - Pour egg, oil, food coloring, and milk into the middle of the dry mix. Stir just until blended. Toss in sprinkles if you’d like.
04 - On a hot pan set to medium-high, pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Wait for bubbles to show (around 2 minutes), flip, and cook for another minute or so until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Add strawberry puree or flavoring for extra taste
02 - Use more sugar or milk to make icing thicker or thinner
03 - Mix batter gently so pancakes stay light and fluffy
