Hibiscus Pineapple Refresh (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Blend Ingredients

01 - 1 cup of chilled hibiscus tea, previously brewed
02 - 1 cup of coconut water
03 - 1 cup of pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
04 - Juice from a single lime
05 - A handful of ice cubes

→ Optional Topping

06 - Mint or sage leaves for decoration (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Let hibiscus tea steep for about 5-10 minutes in hot water using 2-3 tea bags or loose leaves. Once done, refrigerate it so it becomes completely cold.
02 - Place the cold hibiscus tea, lime juice, ice cubes, coconut water, and pineapple chunks into a blender. Process everything together until it’s creamy and airy.
03 - Have a sip and decide if it needs extra sweetness or tang. Add more lime juice or pineapple chunks if needed.
04 - Pour the smoothie into your favorite glasses. Sprinkle fresh mint or sage on top if you want some garnish.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep this drink a day early and chill it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
02 - If you want a creamier texture, stick to frozen pineapple.
