Let hibiscus tea steep for about 5-10 minutes in hot water using 2-3 tea bags or loose leaves. Once done, refrigerate it so it becomes completely cold.

Place the cold hibiscus tea, lime juice, ice cubes, coconut water, and pineapple chunks into a blender. Process everything together until it’s creamy and airy.

Have a sip and decide if it needs extra sweetness or tang. Add more lime juice or pineapple chunks if needed.
