Set your oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Combine the chopped pretzels with butter and white sugar. Spread out flat on the tray, then bake for 5–7 minutes until golden. Let it cool down fully.

Use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese till it’s smooth. Add the whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then mix until stiff peaks form.

Using a spoon or spatula, gently stir in the crushed pineapple and most of the cooled pretzels. Leave some pretzels aside for decoration.

Spoon into a big serving dish and sprinkle the leftover pretzels on top. Or divide into cups and dress with whipped cream, pineapple chunks, and pretzels.
