Pineapple Fluff Pretzel (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
02 - 2 cups heavy cream for whipping.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
05 - 1 cup roughly chopped pretzels.
06 - 1/4 cup white sugar.
07 - 8 oz block of softened cream cheese.
08 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple (fully drained and pressed).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Combine the chopped pretzels with butter and white sugar. Spread out flat on the tray, then bake for 5–7 minutes until golden. Let it cool down fully.
03 - Use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese till it’s smooth. Add the whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then mix until stiff peaks form.
04 - Using a spoon or spatula, gently stir in the crushed pineapple and most of the cooled pretzels. Leave some pretzels aside for decoration.
05 - Spoon into a big serving dish and sprinkle the leftover pretzels on top. Or divide into cups and dress with whipped cream, pineapple chunks, and pretzels.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure to drain the pineapple thoroughly so it doesn’t get soggy.
02 - Wait until you’re about to serve to add the pretzels so they stay crispy.
03 - Replace canned pineapple with fresh, finely chopped pieces, if you like.
