01 - 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
02 - 1 tsp garlic salt
03 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
04 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
05 - 1 onion, sliced
06 - 8-10 slices White American cheese
07 - 20 oz bag of McCain Quick Cook Waffle Cut Fries
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F.
02 - Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil.
03 - Add the sliced steak to the skillet. Sprinkle with garlic salt and ground black pepper, stirring to coat. Cook until browned on all sides, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
04 - Reserve 1 tbsp of liquid from the skillet, discarding the rest.
05 - Return the skillet to the stove and add the sliced green bell pepper and onion. Cook in the reserved liquid until the vegetables are tender but the green pepper slices remain crisp. Remove and set aside.
06 - Remove the skillet from the heat. Add a layer of McCain Quick Cook Waffle Cut Fries, top with 4 slices of White American cheese, followed by a layer of the cooked steak and vegetables. Repeat the layers and finish with the remaining cheese slices.
07 - Place the oven-safe skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
