# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups pretzels, crushed
02 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 tablespoons sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon
05 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

→ Filling

06 - 2 cans peaches, drained, and patted dry
07 - 2 cups boiling water
08 - 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
09 - 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
10 - 1 (6 oz.) package peach gelatin
11 - 1/2 cup sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400ºF and grease a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine pretzels, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press into an even layer. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
03 - In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled crust and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
04 - In a large bowl, combine the peach gelatin packet with the boiling water. Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved, then let the mixture cool to room temperature.
05 - Place peach slices evenly over the cream cheese layer. Gently pour the cooled gelatin mixture over the peaches and cream cheese layer.
06 - Refrigerate the dish until the gelatin is fully set, approximately 2-3 hours. Serve chilled.
