Parmesan Garlic Crackers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (¾ stick).
03 - 4 cups oyster crackers from a 9-ounce bag.
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley.
06 - A tiny pinch of black pepper.
07 - A small handful of grated Parmesan cheese (about ¼ cup).
08 - ¼ teaspoon of salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 250°F and cover a baking tray with a non-stick foil layer.
02 - Combine the butter, garlic, parsley, and oil in a large skillet. Use medium heat to melt it all together, stirring as it warms up.
03 - Add the oyster crackers into the buttery mix. Keep stirring gently so every cracker gets coated evenly.
04 - Spread the crackers across the foil-covered tray. Sprinkle on the Parmesan, a little salt, and a pinch of pepper.
05 - Bake in the oven until they turn golden, about 30-35 minutes. Let them cool all the way down before putting them away.
