Sheet Pan Sausage Heroes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thick strips about ¾ inch wide
02 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced into thick strips about ¾ inch wide
03 - ½ yellow onion, sliced into ¾-inch-thick pieces
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
05 - ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
06 - 1 (20-ounce) pack of mild Italian pork sausage, with 5 links
07 - 5 toasted hoagie rolls

→ Honey Mustard Sauce

08 - ⅓ cup of mayo
09 - 1 tablespoon of mustard with whole grains
10 - 1 tablespoon honey
11 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Start by turning on the oven to 425°F and set the rack in the middle spot.
02 - On a big, rimmed sheet pan, arrange the onion and bell peppers. Pour some olive oil over them, sprinkle with salt, and mix everything together.
03 - Place the sausages in spaces between the veggies, then roast for about 30 minutes, until heated through or fully cooked for raw links.
04 - In the meantime, stir together mayo, mustard, honey, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
05 - To finish, tuck the sausages into the hoagie rolls, pile on the veggies, and drizzle the honey mustard sauce on top. Serve hot.
