# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice the head of cauliflower into 1/2-inch thick steaks and break up wedges into even, bite-sized pieces.
03 - Place the cauliflower in the center of the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and melted butter, then toss to combine.
04 - In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning over the cauliflower and toss to ensure it is evenly coated.
05 - Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 425˚F, or until it reaches the desired crispiness.
