Line an 8x8 pan with parchment going both ways and lightly grease it.

On gentle heat, melt condensed milk with white chocolate in a double boiler.

Add in nearly all the cranberries, most of the orange zest, and the flavoring. Keep a little aside for topping.

Pour the mix into the pan, even out the surface, and scatter the saved zest and cranberries over the top.

Pop into the fridge to set—it'll take about 4 hours, or you can leave it overnight.

Hold the parchment to lift it out of the pan, then slice it up into squares.
