Orange Cranberry Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cranberries, dried.
02 - 2 oranges, grated zest.
03 - 1 tsp orange flavoring.
04 - 14 oz sweetened milk, condensed.
05 - 24 oz chips of white chocolate.

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8 pan with parchment going both ways and lightly grease it.
02 - On gentle heat, melt condensed milk with white chocolate in a double boiler.
03 - Add in nearly all the cranberries, most of the orange zest, and the flavoring. Keep a little aside for topping.
04 - Pour the mix into the pan, even out the surface, and scatter the saved zest and cranberries over the top.
05 - Pop into the fridge to set—it'll take about 4 hours, or you can leave it overnight.
06 - Hold the parchment to lift it out of the pan, then slice it up into squares.

# Notes:

01 - Keep it chilled in the fridge.
02 - Don’t overheat—use low warmth.
03 - Stick to dried cranberries only.
