One-Pot Creamy Beef Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g ground beef
02 - 2 tablespoons butter
03 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 3 cups beef broth
10 - 1 1⁄2 cups heavy cream
11 - 225g pasta (penne, rotini, or other varieties)
12 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
13 - 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
14 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - In a large pot or deep skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until well browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.
02 - Add butter to the pot and let it melt. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
03 - Sprinkle in onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the beef evenly in the spices.
04 - Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine. Add the pasta and bring to a gentle simmer.
05 - Cover the pot and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
06 - Stir in the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. The sauce should be thick and luscious.
07 - Remove from heat and let sit for 2 minutes to thicken slightly. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust salt seasoning based on the saltiness of your broth and cheese.
