Nutella Coconut Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 10 tablespoons of butter
02 - 3 ounces of dark chocolate, chopped up
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1/4 cup of Nutella hazelnut spread
05 - 2 eggs (large)
06 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 1/4 cup of lightly toasted coconut flakes
08 - 2 tablespoons of plain cocoa powder (unsweetened)
09 - 2/3 cup regular all-purpose flour
10 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, making sure to leave some edges hanging over two sides. Then, give both the pan and paper a quick spray of cooking spray.
02 - Grab a small saucepan and melt the butter with the chocolate over medium heat, or just pop it into the microwave until smooth. Let it cool down a bit before using.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, Nutella, sugar, and vanilla together. Slowly pour in your slightly cooled chocolate mixture while stirring until everything’s blended really well.
04 - Sift the flour, cocoa, salt, and coconut into the bowl with the wet ingredients. Gently fold it all together, being careful not to overmix. Pour the batter evenly into your prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until the center looks firm.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best when served warm.
02 - Keep leftover brownies in an airtight container for up to five days.
