Noodles Romanoff Classic Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces fettuccine or spaghetti
02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
04 - 16 ounces sour cream, room temperature
05 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
09 - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 baking dish with baking spray. Set aside.
02 - Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 12 to 14 minutes. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot, placing the pot back on the burner.
03 - Add cream cheese and butter to the pasta, stirring until both are melted. Stir in sour cream, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, nutmeg, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
04 - Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Cover the top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
05 - Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until the top cheese is melted and the noodles are hot and bubbly. Serve warm.
