In a small dish, stir together the shredded mozzarella block, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, grated garlic, and a small pinch of salt. Mix until everything’s glossy and well combined.

Spread the cheesy mixture evenly across your naan breads. Layer them with tomato slices, then the red onion slices, and finally add a few pieces of the mozzarella pearls on top.

Place in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and turns golden and bubbly.

Top off with freshly grated parmesan and scatter some basil leaves over the pizzas. Slice them up and enjoy immediately!
