Caprese Naan Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 naan breads

→ Cheese & Seasonings

02 - 8-ounce mozzarella block, shredded
03 - 8 ounces of fresh mozzarella pearls, torn or sliced into smaller pieces
04 - 4 fresh garlic cloves, finely grated
05 - 2 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil

→ Toppings

06 - ¼ cup of thinly sliced red onion
07 - 4 vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced thin
08 - A sprinkle of coarse salt

→ Garnish

09 - Grated parmesan cheese
10 - Fresh basil leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it heat up.
02 - In a small dish, stir together the shredded mozzarella block, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, grated garlic, and a small pinch of salt. Mix until everything’s glossy and well combined.
03 - Spread the cheesy mixture evenly across your naan breads. Layer them with tomato slices, then the red onion slices, and finally add a few pieces of the mozzarella pearls on top.
04 - Place in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and turns golden and bubbly.
05 - Top off with freshly grated parmesan and scatter some basil leaves over the pizzas. Slice them up and enjoy immediately!

# Notes:

01 - Save any leftover mozzarella pearls for snacking later!
02 - Best to eat while they’re fresh and the cheese is still melty.
