Coat four 6-ounce ramekins with cooking spray then lightly cover with cocoa powder. Heat your oven to 425°F.

Put butter with chopped chocolate in microwave. Heat in short 10-second bursts, mixing between each until completely melted.

In one container stir flour, sugar and salt together. In another bowl beat eggs and yolks. Mix everything with the melted chocolate until it looks uniform.

Split the mixture evenly into ramekins. Pop them in the oven for 12-14 minutes until edges feel set but centers stay soft.

Let them sit for 1 minute, then flip onto dishes. Top with extras and eat right away.
