# Ingredients:

01 - 6-7 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
02 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
03 - 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt
05 - 1 cup mayonnaise
06 - 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 325°F.
02 - In a 9x13-inch baking dish, mix together the potatoes, cheddar cheese, garlic salt, bacon, and green onions. Add mayonnaise and stir until everything is well coated.
03 - Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
