Mini Donut Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Muffins

01 - 1/2 cup white sugar
02 - 1/4 cup margarine, melted
03 - 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
04 - 1/2 cup milk
05 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 1 teaspoon baking powder

→ For Finishing

07 - 1/4 cup margarine, melted
08 - 1/2 cup white sugar
09 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F). Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
02 - Combine sugar, melted margarine, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Stir in milk. Gradually mix in flour and baking powder until just combined.
03 - Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each 1/2 full.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are light golden brown. Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack.
05 - Immediately place melted margarine in one bowl and mix sugar and cinnamon together in another bowl.
06 - Dip the top of each warm muffin in melted margarine, then dip in the sugar mixture to coat. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

01 - You can use butter instead of margarine if desired.
