Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole (Print Version)

01 - 2 jars (24 ounces each) traditional pasta sauce
02 - 1 pound Italian sausage
03 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
04 - 1 box (16 ounces) rigatoni pasta
05 - 1 bag (12 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1 bag pepperoni
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - Drizzle olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute; set aside.
03 - Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta for 8 minutes until well undercooked. Drain and return pasta to the large pot.
04 - Count out 18 pepperoni slices and set aside. Cut the remaining pepperoni into chunks.
05 - In the pot with the drained pasta, add browned sausage and garlic, pasta sauce, chopped pepperoni, and a handful of mozzarella cheese. Stir until combined.
06 - Transfer the pasta mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and whole pepperoni slices.
07 - Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni is crispy.
