# Ingredients:

01 - 2 acorn squash, halved and seeds removed
02 - 2 tablespoons butter
03 - 4 tablespoons maple syrup
04 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
05 - 1/4 cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
06 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the halved acorn squash on a baking sheet, cut side up.
02 - Evenly divide the butter and maple syrup between the hollowed-out centers of the squash halves.

04 - While the squash is roasting, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
05 - Once the squash is tender, remove it from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled bacon, toasted pecans, and crumbled feta cheese.
