Love Day Oreo Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 36 standard Oreo cookies (405g), regular version not Double-Stuf
02 - 8 ounces solid cream cheese block (226g), softened to room temp

→ Outer Layer

03 - 12 ounces chopped semi-sweet or white chocolate (339g)
04 - 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable oil

→ Extra Toppings

05 - Valentine's themed sprinkles
06 - Crushed Oreo bits
07 - Extra melted chocolate for fancy drizzles

# Instructions:

01 - Grind whole Oreos (both cookie and filling together) in food processor until they're finely crushed.
02 - Combine the Oreo crumbs with room temp cream cheese until everything's mixed well, using either a mixer or food processor.
03 - Grab tablespoon-sized amounts (about 18-22g each) and roll them into round balls. Put them on a lined tray. Chill for at least an hour.
04 - Melt your chocolate with the oil using 20-second bursts in the microwave, giving it a good stir between each burst. Let it cool down for 5 minutes before you start dipping.
05 - Drop each cold ball into the melted chocolate. Gently tap off any extra chocolate and place on your lined tray. If you want, add sprinkles while the chocolate's still wet.
06 - Pop them back in the fridge for at least an hour so the chocolate gets completely hard before you serve them.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps fresh in the fridge up to 2 weeks
02 - Works with classic, Golden, or Mint Creme Oreo varieties
03 - Only use solid cream cheese blocks, not the soft tub stuff
