Turn on the oven and set it to 350° F.

In a mixing bowl, stir melted butter together with graham crumbs and sugar until sticky and combined.

Press the crust mixture into the base and up the edges of your glass pie dish. Pop it in the oven for 8 minutes until it looks slightly toasted.

While waiting on the crust, combine the condensed milk, lime juice, zest, and egg yolks in a bowl, stirring until smooth.

Once the crust is out, pour in the lime mixture. Level the surface and let it bake for another 15-20 minutes until it firms up.

Take the pie out and allow it to cool fully. Cover and chill in the fridge once it's completely cool.

Cut into 8 slices and, if you'd like, add whipped cream on top before serving.
