# Ingredients:

01 - 36 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed.
02 - 6 tablespoons butter, melted.
03 - 8 ounces soft cream cheese.
04 - 1/4 cup white sugar.
05 - Juice from 2 fresh lemons.
06 - Zest from one lemon.
07 - Two teaspoons of lemon extract (split).
08 - 2 cups of heavy whipping cream (split).
09 - 1/3 cup powdered sugar.
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
11 - 6.8 ounces instant lemon pudding (two 3.4-ounce packs).
12 - 3 cups cold milk.
13 - Optional: Fresh strawberries for decorating.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend or smash cookies into fine crumbs, then mix them with butter in a bowl. Pack the mixture evenly into a 9x13 dish and stick it in the fridge to chill.
02 - Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, half a cup of cream, and 1 teaspoon of lemon extract using a hand mixer. Get it fluffy (about 2–3 minutes), then spread over the crust. Cover and chill again.
03 - Stir the pudding mix into the cold milk for about 2 minutes. Pour this over the cream cheese layer, spread evenly, and pop back in the fridge before it sets.
04 - Whip 1 1/2 cups of cream with the vanilla, remaining lemon extract, and powdered sugar until it gets firm and holds shape. Cover the pudding layer with this mix and refrigerate for 4+ hours.
05 - Cut into squares, and if you'd like, top each piece with fresh strawberries.
