Juicy Air Fryer Burgers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound beef, ground.
02 - 4 slices Cheddar cheese.
03 - 3 hamburger buns.
04 - 3/4 teaspoon salt, kosher.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 1/2 cup mayo.
07 - 2 tablespoons minced pickles.
08 - 2 tablespoons ketchup.
09 - Red onion, sliced.
10 - Leaves of lettuce.
11 - Sliced tomato.
12 - Spray for cooking.

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, mayo, and pickles. Pop it in the fridge 'til you're ready.
02 - Split the beef into 3 even chunks. Flatten them into 1/2-inch thick patties, a bit bigger than the buns. Press your thumb in the center of each patty to make a dent.
03 - Sprinkle both sides of every patty with pepper and salt.
04 - Pour a cup of water into the bottom of the fryer. Spray the basket with cooking spray.
05 - Cook the patties at 350°F for 8 minutes. Place the cheese slices on top, then cook another minute or two until melted.
06 - If you'd like, toast the burger buns in the air fryer for one minute.
07 - Stack the buns with your sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, and the finished patties. Enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - No need to flip the burgers while cooking.
02 - Water in the fryer stops it from smoking.
