Italian Pinwheels Flavor Layers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cream Cheese Mixture

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
03 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Kosher salt, to taste
06 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
07 - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and diced
08 - 1/2 cup pepperoncini or banana peppers, drained and diced

→ Filling and Base

09 - 16 thin slices provolone cheese
10 - 1/2 lb sliced salami or soppresetta
11 - 6-8 large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in red peppers and pepperoncini.
02 - Spread about a half cup of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, spreading it evenly to the edges.
03 - At one end of the tortilla, layer slices of provolone cheese and top with salami.
04 - Roll the tortilla up tightly and wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
05 - Unwrap the rolled tortillas, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
