# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
03 - Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
05 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
06 - Gently fold in the sliced peaches.
07 - Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
08 - Sprinkle each cookie with cinnamon sugar.
