Irish Cream Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup condensed milk.
02 - 3/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream.
03 - 2 cups pecans, split into two parts.
04 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
05 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips.
06 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Use a food processor to grind the pecans into a rough, sandy consistency.
02 - Stir together the crumb mix and 1 cup of the ground-up pecans.
03 - Melt chocolate first. Add the Irish cream, powdered sugar, and milk to it, then mix it all into the crumb and pecan blend.
04 - Let the mix cool in the fridge for an hour after covering it.
05 - Form the dough into bite-sized balls, then roll them in the rest of the pecans.

01 - If it feels too sticky, chill longer before shaping.
02 - Keeps in the fridge for up to a week.
03 - You can swap in your favorite type of nuts.
