Use a food processor to grind the pecans into a rough, sandy consistency.

Stir together the crumb mix and 1 cup of the ground-up pecans.

Melt chocolate first. Add the Irish cream, powdered sugar, and milk to it, then mix it all into the crumb and pecan blend.

Let the mix cool in the fridge for an hour after covering it.

Form the dough into bite-sized balls, then roll them in the rest of the pecans.
