                Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

                Lightly grease two large baking sheets or line them with parchment paper. Arrange tortilla chips on the sheets cup side up.

                In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

                Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each tortilla chip.

                Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top of each chip. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until the tops are browned and the cheese is bubbling.
