In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, egg, sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.

Using a tablespoon, scoop the filling mixture into each tortilla chip, filling the cup.

Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top of each filled tortilla chip.

Place the baking sheets in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese begins to bubble.
