Indian Chicken Curry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 spoons of olive oil.
02 - 1 small-sized onion, finely diced.
03 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
04 - 3 spoons of curry spice mix.
05 - 1 small spoon of ground cinnamon.
06 - 1 small spoon of paprika powder.
07 - 1 single bay leaf.
08 - Half a small spoon of fresh ginger, shredded.
09 - Half a small spoon of sugar crystals.
10 - 2 pieces of chicken breast, cut into small chunks.
11 - 1 spoon of tomato puree.
12 - 1 cup of plain yogurt.
13 - Three-quarters of a cup of coconut cream.
14 - Juice from half a lemon.
15 - Half a small spoon of cayenne spice.
16 - Pinch of salt, as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up the oil, toss in the onions, and let 'em caramelize. Stir in garlic, curry mix, cinnamon, paprika, ginger, bay leaf, and a sprinkle of salt. Keep stirring for 2 minutes.
02 - Toss in chicken pieces, tomato paste, yogurt, and coconut cream. Turn up the heat until it's bubbling, then lower it and let it cook gently for 20-25 minutes.
03 - Pull out the bay leaf, squeeze in the lemon juice, and add the cayenne. Keep cooking on low heat for another 5 minutes.
