Impossible Ham and Swiss Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups diced ham
02 - 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
03 - 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion

→ Liquid mixture

04 - 4 large eggs, beaten
05 - 2 cups whole milk
06 - 1 cup dry biscuit mix

→ Seasonings

07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400ºF and lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate with butter or non-stick spray.
02 - Spread diced ham evenly across the bottom of the greased pie dish. Add finely chopped onions and grated Swiss cheese on top.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together beaten eggs, whole milk, and dry biscuit mix. Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper, and mix until combined.
04 - Pour the prepared egg mixture over the ham, onions, and cheese in the pie dish.
05 - Place the pie dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
06 - Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
