Hot Crab Dip Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces of crab meat from a can, well-drained.
02 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
03 - 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened at room temperature.
04 - 1/4 cup sour cream, freshly made.
05 - 2 tablespoons freshly chopped green chives.
06 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground.
08 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, squeezed from fresh lemons.
09 - 1 minced garlic clove for flavor.
10 - 1/2 cup smooth mayonnaise.
11 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire for a smoky kick.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F and be sure to have everything you’ll need close by.
02 - Use an electric hand mixer to blend together mayonnaise, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, and sour cream until it’s fluffy.
03 - Stir in Parmesan, the crab meat, garlic, pepper, some of your mozzarella, and the chopped chives until it’s mixed together well.
04 - Spread the mixture in an oven-safe dish, sprinkle the rest of your mozzarella on top, and bake for about 25 minutes until the edges are bubbly.
05 - Serve while it’s toasty with a little extra chives sprinkled on top. Crushed wontons make a great garnish if you like.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best fresh out of the oven while still hot and gooey.
02 - Can be assembled ahead of time and stored for 24 hours before baking.
