Hot Fudge Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
03 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
04 - 1/3 cup brown sugar.
05 - 2/3 cup heavy cream.
06 - 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
07 - 3/4 cup chocolate chips, split in two.
08 - 1/2 cup light corn syrup.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss cream, syrup, cocoa, sugar, salt, and just half your chocolate into a small pot.
02 - Let it boil, then cook low and slow for five minutes.
03 - Turn off the stove and move the pot aside.
04 - Stir in vanilla, butter, and the rest of the chocolate chips.
05 - Use it fresh and hot, or let it cool down.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps well in the fridge up to two weeks.
02 - Warm it gently before using.
03 - It'll get thicker as it cools.
04 - Tastes way better than the store version!
