07 - 1 large egg
08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1/3 cup olive oil

10 - 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
14 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, for topping
15 - 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and thoroughly grease a 9x5-inch bread pan.
02 - Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
03 - In a separate large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, and minced garlic until smooth.
04 - Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Add olive oil and fresh herbs, stirring until evenly distributed.
05 - Transfer the batter to the prepared bread pan. Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over the top and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
06 - Bake for 42-45 minutes, or until the bread is set through the middle and the top is golden brown.
07 - Allow the bread to cool for 25 minutes before slicing and serving.
