Beef Shells in Cheese Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 8 ounces shell pasta, medium size
02 - 1 pound beef, ground
03 - 1 tablespoon oil from olives

→ Aromatics & Seasonings

04 - 1/2 sweet onion, chopped into cubes
05 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning blend from Italy
07 - 2 tablespoons regular flour

→ Sauce

08 - 2 cups stock made from beef
09 - 1 (15-ounce) tomato sauce can
10 - 3/4 cup cream, heavy type
11 - 6 ounces extra-sharp cheddar, shredded
12 - Salt and pepper as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Boil shells in water with salt till done as package says. Drain fully.
02 - Fry beef with olive oil till no pink shows (3-5 minutes). Get rid of fat and put aside.
03 - Soften onion till see-through. Throw in garlic and spices, then add flour. Let flour cook about 1 minute.
04 - Pour in beef stock and sauce from tomatoes. Let bubble 6-8 minutes until thick.
05 - Add pasta, meat, cream, and cheese. Warm it all up and add salt and pepper as you like.
