Chicken Melt Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts, boneless.
02 - Pepper and salt.
03 - A tablespoon of olive oil.
04 - 1 ripe avocado, sliced up.
05 - Four slices of any cheese.
06 - Four pieces of bread.
07 - 2 spoons of mayonnaise.
08 - 1 spoon of Dijon mustard.
09 - One small onion, red.
10 - A small tomato.
11 - Butter to brown the bread.

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle some pepper and salt onto the chicken. Heat oil and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let it rest before cutting thin slices.
02 - Chop up tomato, onion, and avocado. Slice up your cheese to use.
03 - Spread the mustard and mayo generously on the bread. Put the chicken, avocado, onion, cheese, and tomato on top.
04 - Melt a bit of butter in a pan. Cook the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes on both sides until golden brown and cheese gets gooey. Push lightly with a spatula.
05 - Let the sandwiches cool a bit, slice them in half, and enjoy them warm.

01 - Let the chicken rest before you cut it.
02 - Don’t push too hard while toasting.
