Grilled Chicken with Avocado Wrap (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 pound of chicken breasts, with no bones or skin
02 - 2 spoons of avocado or olive oil
03 - A pinch of chili powder (around ¼ teaspoon)
04 - About ½ teaspoon of salt
05 - Same amount of garlic powder (½ teaspoon)
06 - Roughly ½ teaspoon of black pepper

→ Wrap Assembly

07 - Two whole avocados
08 - 6 medium-sized flour tortillas (8 inches each)
09 - Shredded mozzarella cheese, half a cup
10 - Your favorite salsa, half a cup

# Let's Cook:

01 - Warm the oil in a pan. Sprinkle seasonings over the chicken. Cook each side for 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
02 - Wait for the chicken to cool off, then cut it into thin strips.
03 - Place salsa, mozzarella, avocado slices, and chicken onto tortillas. Fold the bottom up, then tuck the sides in.
04 - Put the wraps with the seam side facing down into a skillet. Heat until golden brown and the cheese is melted, taking about 3-4 minutes per side.
