In a medium bowl, stir together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking soda until blended.

Using an electric mixer, run it for 3-4 minutes to mix butter and sugar until they’re fluffy.

Crack in the eggs, one by one, mixing after each. Blend in the vanilla next.

Little by little, fold the dry mix into the wet. Stop as soon as it all sticks together, and pop the dough in the fridge to chill for an hour.

Scoop dough, make wells in the center, spoon in marshmallow fluff, then swirl. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
