Gooey Chocolate Marshmallow (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 2 cups all-purpose flour

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
07 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
08 - 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

→ Swirl

09 - 1 cup marshmallow fluff

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, stir together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking soda until blended.
02 - Using an electric mixer, run it for 3-4 minutes to mix butter and sugar until they’re fluffy.
03 - Crack in the eggs, one by one, mixing after each. Blend in the vanilla next.
04 - Little by little, fold the dry mix into the wet. Stop as soon as it all sticks together, and pop the dough in the fridge to chill for an hour.
05 - Scoop dough, make wells in the center, spoon in marshmallow fluff, then swirl. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Leave cookies to rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving them.
02 - Want extra marshmallow? Add it midway through baking.
03 - Mixing too much will make dense cookies.
