→ For Cooking

13 - Cooking oil (vegetable or similar) for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Use a sharp knife to roughly cut shrimp into little chunks, or blend a bit in a food processor to get a finer consistency.
02 - Throw together the chopped shrimp, soy sauce, ginger, breadcrumbs, green onions, beaten egg, garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. If it’s too loose, mix in some optional cornstarch.
03 - Keep your hands damp and gently shape the mixture into small spheres, about 1-1.5 inches wide. You’ll end up with 20-25 pieces.
04 - Heat vegetable oil on medium-high in a large pan. Cook the shrimp rounds in small batches for about 3 minutes on one side, then flip and fry until both sides turn crispy golden.

# Notes:

01 - Serve as part of a main meal or as a snack.
02 - Don’t blend the shrimp too much—it should still have texture.
03 - Don’t crowd the pan while frying.
