Gingerbread Latte Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Gingerbread Syrup Ingredients:
02 - 4 tablespoons molasses.
03 - ½ cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
05 - ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon.
06 - ¼ cup brown sugar.
07 - Pinch of sea salt.
08 - ¾ cup water.
09 - 1 teaspoon powdered ginger.
10 - ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg.
11 - What You Need for the Latte:
12 - 4 espresso shots.
13 - ¼ cup fluffy whipped cream.
14 - Fresh nutmeg, for sprinkling.
15 - A few marshmallows or cookies for decoration.
16 - ⅓ cup of your preferred milk.
17 - 3 tablespoons homemade gingerbread syrup.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine molasses, sugars, water, and spices in a pan. Heat it for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously, until smooth.
02 - Put your syrup base into a mug, then pour in the freshly brewed espresso.
03 - Gently stir in warm, foamy milk to the espresso and syrup mixture.
04 - Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg. Toss on a cookie or marshmallows for extra flair.

01 - Freeze extra syrup to use later.
02 - Any milk works great with this!
