Ginger Turmeric Shots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Ingredients

01 - 2 lemons, quartered and peeled
02 - 2 oranges, quartered and peeled
03 - 2 inches of peeled ginger root
04 - 2 inches of fresh turmeric root, peeled (or a teaspoon of powdered turmeric)
05 - 2-4 peeled garlic cloves (leave this out if you prefer)

→ Liquid & Sweeteners

06 - 2 cups of clean, filtered water
07 - 1 tablespoon of raw honey
08 - 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 'the mother'
09 - A small pinch of black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Put everything into a strong blender and run it until it all mixes smooth.
02 - Grab a large bowl and a fine strainer. Pour in little amounts at a time to strain, using a spoon to work through the pulp. Rinse your strainer when needed.
03 - After straining, pour the liquid into a measuring cup with a spout for easy pouring.
04 - Take a small funnel and fill your bottles with the liquid, leaving a small gap at the top.
05 - Give it a good shake and drink first thing in the morning, or as soon as you feel a cold coming on.
