Using a stand or hand mixer, blend the cream cheese, sugar, condensed milk, and salt in a bowl until smooth and fluffy. Put it aside for now.

Combine the egg, melted butter, garlic, parsley, milk, mayo, oregano, parmesan, and salt together in a bowl. Stir until everything is blended well. Set it aside.

Heat your oven to 350°F. Slice each bagel into 6 sections without cutting all the way through. Scoop out a small piece from each slice so there's room for the filling.

Spoon the cream cheese mix into a piping or ziplock bag with a snipped corner. Gently fill every cut in the bagels with the mixture.

Dip each stuffed bagel fully into the garlic butter sauce. Let any extra drip off, then place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake for roughly 11-13 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan for garnish. Let cool a bit and enjoy.
